CBI / Artist Agreement

Artist(s) _________________________hereby agrees to submit Song(s) to CBI Music for the purpose of releasing said song(s) to the CBI Music Online Store in Mutual effort to sell such song(s) at a standard rate of .99 cent minus .05 cent allowed to CBI Music for Label identification/ administrative services/UPC Code/registration to Nielsen Soundscan and data collection through DownloadCentric.com. CBI Music agrees that all funds collected will be issued to said Artist(s) who agree in return to pay CBI Music .05 cent per online sale of Artist’s Song(s) Sales reports issued by DownloadCentric will be given to the Artist(s) upon receipt of such reports in quarterly increments as provided by DownloadCentric.com. Artist(s) further agree to pay CBI Music the amount of $12.00 a Song (mp3) and/or $22.00 per album submitted to the online store on a one-time basis with no additional monies owed other than the aforementioned .05 cent per online sale. It is further understood that CBI Music is a non-exclusive publisher of Online Music and makes no claims of Artist(s) representations or managements of the Artist(s) ordinary and future businesses whatsoever. 

Artist(s)__________________________ hereby agrees to submit Song(s) in mp3 form solely for the purpose of advertising and playing of their music on the CBI Music multiple Myspace Radio Formats primarily for expanded exposure of said music and is in no way to be offered for sale by CBI Music without Artist Consent to any other online venue. CBI Music agrees to advertise and play said music for an indefinite period of time on each of its Radio Format Sites (5) unless requests to cease playing is made by the Artist(s). Artist further agrees to a one-time payment of $8.00 per mp3 (Single) and/or $15.00 per mp3 (Album) which includes the display of Artist(s) cover art and/or photos on all myspace sites operated by CBI Music plus the CBIMUSIC.Com web page. It is further understood that all online links to said Artist(s) and Artist(s) music is direct to Artist(s) URL or Myspace address and that CBI makes no claims of representation or management of said Artist(s) ordinary or future business whatsoever. The CBI Music Radio format remains a private play-listing and no downloads are allowed of the Artist(s) music at any time. 

Artist(s)______________________and/or Major or Other online venues______________________Agree that any Banners, Ads or buylinks-widgets or promotional myspace music videos can be embedded on CBI Music sites at a cost of $18.00 for a thirty (30) day period without interruption or removal for that period of time unless the Artist(s) or venue elects to not continue the exposure of said music, ads, buy-link widgets at the end of the 30 day period. 

  
CBI Music does not claim or represents itself as a Major Label except for the purposes of the services it provides for reasonable fees to Artists or online venues seeking expanded exposure and advertising of their music on a worldwide basis. A feature of CBI Music is that any artist(s) releasing to our Online Store will in turn receive a downloadCentric widget of their released music onto their own myspace pages or websites enabling visitors and viewers of Artist(s) sites to purchase music direct from Artist(s) sites. 

This Agreement is contractual in nature and should be retained as a downloadable Internet record binding to all parties including CBI Music. An Email stating that agreement to any part of the agreement is acceptable will allow CBI Music to proceed along with the submitted mp3(s) cover art or photos, ads, banners with fees paid through paypal
